Free Trade Union Development Centre provides facilitation, training, consultancy and support across in Sri Lanka Specially to unorganised workers and organised worker’s activists, the voluntary and community sectors, underprivileged communities such as women, disable people, ethnic and religious minorities and victims of environmental disasters like Tsunami.
Our services are delivered through a range of processes such as educational and consultancy programmes, including the use of the community development process, to provide a wide range of services on an extensive range of topics.
These topics include building capacity within committees, boards and organisations; building leadership skills; actions planning; facilitating change processes; models of change; strategic and business planning; financial governance; good practice and good governance and management; sustainability; and collaborative working.
